The resort is located on a spacious corner lot one half block from the
West Lake Okoboji shoreline. It is bordered by the Amusement Park and an open
green space public park.
There are seven historic cottages built in the 1920s which are rustic in nature.
On the opposite side of the courtyard are two remodeled cottages, the game room/office
building and a full size house.
The cottages resemble "minature houses" with space between each dwelling. They are
fully furnished* and contain a kitchen, bathroom, combination living/dining room,
and separate bedroom area. Air conditioning, cable TV with VCR, free wireless
high speed internet and outdoor wash lines are provided.
*You must bring your own bath towels.
