Rates
The following rates are in effect for the 2013 spring and summer seasons. The season
begins on May 17th and ends on September 23rd.
Weekday - Sunday through Thursday night.
Cottages - $119 night
House - $265 night
Exclusion: Holidays billed at weekend rate
Weekend - Friday and Saturday night
Cottages - $165 night
House - $325 night
Discounts
1) Early Season- 30% OFF. Eligible dates are May 17th through June 13th.
2) Late Season- 30% OFF. Eligible dates are August 18th through September 23rd, excluding Labor Day weekend: 8-30,8-31 and 9-1.
3) Extended Stay- Stay 5 nights and the 6th night is FREE.
This discount not valid during Early and Late Season discount time periods.
4) Clay County Fair Special- We will beat any reservation price quote you receive by 25%.
Pets
$25.00 per animal will be added to the total cost of your reservation. Only pets under 25 lbs. are allowed.
Taxes
It is our responsibility to collect State Excise Tax and Local Hotel/Motel Tax on the total amount due. The taxes total 10%.
